Nevada Royston Turquoise Bolo Tie

This hand crafted arrowhead shaped Bolo is hand cut  .999 Fine Silver.  The arrowhead shaped back plate has hammered texturing.  The 1" x .5" piece of Nevada Royston turquoise is stunning and truly makes this bolo a statement piece. A hand twisted piece of rope made from .999 silver surrounds the bezel of the turqoise.  The cord on this Bolo is 40" of braided black leather and the 1" tips are Sterling silver.  The clasp on the back is a tension clasp, designed to not marr the leather cord.  The total size of the pendant portion is 2" long by 1 1/2" wide at top.

About the stone: Royston Turquoise comes from the Royston mining district located near Tonopah, Nevada and has been mined since the early 1900s. "Royston Turquoise" originally consisted of four old Turquoise claims located within the Royston range: Bunker Hill, Easter Blue, Oscar Wehrend, and Royal Blue.
