Labradorite Necklace in Silver-Handmade chain

Gorgeous, large Labradorite stone set in .999 Fine silver.  The chain of rings are all hand made with .999 Fine silver and are connected with small brass rings.  The length of the chain portion of the necklace adjusts from 16" or 18”.

About the stone:  Labradorite is a calcium-rich feldspar, with included crystals that create a peculiar effect in the light. The crystals of labradorite form in a triclinic manner, often lacking symmetry.Labradorite is most commonly found in formations that occur in other igneous rocks. So, what does labradorite symbolize? Labradorite symbolizes transformation, particularly the determination and resilience needed when going through change. Spectrolite is also said to represent the “Temple of the Stars,” a supposed ancient structure in England mapping the stars.On that note, labradorite has some folklore surrounding it. One Inuit labradorite legend claims the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) were stuck inside labradorite, waiting for Inuit and Beothuk peoples to discover them so they could be released into the sky.
